Mapu, Sauvignon Blanc
The Mapu range is made by Baron Philippe de Rothschild in Chile. Intense red violet. Very spicy nose of roasted green pepper, macerated cherries and raspberries, snuff and black chocolate. Its medium acidity, tannin something sour and spicy. Enjoy drinks with red meat, Chilean cuisine.
